How is Sated different from energy drinks or other supplements? Most of what's in the fridge next to Sated works by adding something: caffeine, adaptogens, a stack of stimulants that spike and then drop you exactly where you started, just more wired. Sated works the other way. It doesn't give you more input. It takes the noise away — the hunger, the pull toward the kitchen, the static that was never going to be solved by another jolt.
